It's Day 5 of Vegan MoFo and my last recipe using my homemade almond milk. I may post a recipe this weekend but that's only if I have time as I'm going to be super busy with family events. My nephew's birthday is on Saturday (he's 2!) and it's Thanksgiving weekend so there will be lot's of cooking, eating and spending time with family. Can't wait!
So without any further ado, here's the recipe!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup - 1/2 cup of almond milk
2 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 frozen banana
3-5 frozen strawberries
1 tsp cinnamon
a pinch or two of cayenne pepper (optional, but oh so good!)
Directions:
Add all of the ingredients (starting with the almond milk) to your high speed blender and process until smooth. Pour in a glass, add a straw, and enjoy!
