Look What I Found!

You're probably going to think that I am a total nerd for what I'm super excited about, but that's okay, I can handle it!  Yesterday when I was grocery shopping I found CLOTH BAGS for purchase in the produce aisle!  I know you can find them online but I've never seen them sold in stores before.  I was so freaking excited that I immediately separated the bags from the package and used them for my produce! *Holy exclamation points, Batman!
I really hate using those plastic produce bags and avoid them like the plague.  Usually I put my produce straight into the cart without the bags.  However, this only works if it's something like bananas, tomatoes, avocados, etc.  Otherwise, if it's in the area that gets sprayed with water (greens, celery, carrots, herbs) I have to grab a bag or else everything else in the cart will get wet.  Well not anymore!

Check these bad boys out!

This is a PC brand so you should be able to find them wherever President's Choice products are sold.  I think I paid around $1.50 (I might be rounding up) for them and they come in a pack of 4 plus the little carry bag.  By the way, if you've seen these elsewhere for a better deal, let me know! ;)

These bags are totally washable too, and when you throw them in the fridge you can be comforted knowing that the produce gets to breathe rather than be suffocated by the plastic. Just saying!
Now, if only they would stop putting those darn stickers on all of the produce my grocery shopping experience would be (almost) complete.

Tune in tomorrow for another episode of WIAW to see what I did with all of the produce I purchased!

Love,
Ves xx
